Every time FDT is asked a question, he dodges it by saying it is up to the states.

Under the 10th Amendment, most things are supposed to be up to the states. Duh. I guess you LIKE activist federal government.

Paperdoll’s right. This just isn’t a good example of states rights. Allowing unelected state courts to undermine society by judicial fiat was never the intention of any of the fighters for states rights. The right of the people to remove such judges would be.

Don’t hurt yourself when you jump to conclusions, dirtboy.

Fred Thompson could still have an opinion without taking Federal action. That’s all that has been asked of him. I have yet to hear FDT give a clear answer to any question.
