I guess in the trade this sort of thing is called a slap suit. The idea is for the well off to wield the court system as a punishment tool wherein the cost to defend is as damaging as any real judgement.

You can burn a national flag, trample any sysmbol you wish, but to parody a widely know photgraph by utilizing it in unpaid commentary on a not-for-profit discussion website is soemthing that the Fist Amendment to our Constitution can't defend, (unless you are a leftist.)

Very sad.
