Sounds to me that the only question is whether you used something from the public domain, iow fair use. Other than that, I know lawsuits can ruin one and are very poor ways to resolve disputes.

RM is by far NOT anti-conservative. I think you are attempting to make my post here into a fight, which wasn’t the purpose. You are showing yourself in a bad light. I think even though Jim and I haven’t seen eye to eye, he is aware of what I have done and helped with over the years here at FR.
