When our son’s first wife left him, he got a very good woman lawyer. She steered him very well through the whole process and he still has a mostly amicable relationship with the ex and has most of the time with the daughter. The ex wanted freedom to live how she wanted, already had another boyfriend. Anyway, our son has remarried now. We pray that this doesn’t happen again.
Reminds me of something I have heard before. Don’t get married. Find a woman that you absolutely despise, give her your house and most of your possessions, and start paying her every month.
