Shutting down emergency rooms is a huge problem. A year ago, my wife waited in an emergency room 10 hours to be seen by a physician for chest pains. We were the only people in the waiting room who spoke Englishs.

Ummm, it was a different accent, but the Irish spoke English.

No comparison whatsoever between crime by the Irish and crime by this wave of illegal immigrants.

Their language was English/Gaelic but the Irish spoke it so differently back then that it might as well have been Chinese. LOL. If you think the Irish came here as welcomed “saints” who didn’t cause their share of disruption to muscle their way in then you don’t know many Irish!
