PJ, if you have a bad internet connection reboot your computer and router to get a new connection. I've found that sometimes I need to unplug my router for about 5 minutes and let it cool off. That always seems to fix things for me. **

I'm sure it was a problem with the cable from the outside. Whenever I had trouble getting on the Web, I also noticed trouble with several of my cable pay channels. Right now everything seems to be okay.
