As far as discriminating against Islam - when it is no longer recognized as a religion - is not discrimination, is it?
Yes it is and I don't have a problem with discriminating against any group who advocates the destruction of those who threaten to destroy us because we are not part of their group. We did it with the Nazis during World War II but we didn't need an Amendment to discriminate against them and we don't need one for Islam. Particularly one as weak as the one proposed.
