Anti-Illegal agitation weakened the GOP and cost it the most conservative members of the Congress. This was forseeable six months ago when the hysteria was in full throat here. Now NOTHING will be done.

According to NumbersUSA the election removed more pro amnesty candidates.
"11.5% of all Republican seats in Congress were lost as Democrats took back control of Congress
But only 6.7% of the Members of Tancredo's Immigration Reform Caucus lost their seats.
Loss of Election by Republicans Based on Their
Immigration-Reduction Grade of This Congress
9.6% with an A grade lost
25.0% with an F grade lost
9.2% with a B grade lost
6.4% with a C grade lost
9.5% with a D grade lost"

Yeah, so if it's not rocket science, then why didn't Bush and his LaRaza sidekick Rove see it coming? Or did they not care, and risk it? Couldn't he have secured the border and addressed 'comprehensive immigration reform' after '08? Of course not. It would piss off the hispanics and the OBL. Instead, they left the border wide open while trying to to convince us that security was not doable without amnesty.
