Kimberly, that "war" on the border was lost in the 90s under Democrats and the Clinton regime. I've many times attempted at explaining what the border-bots refuse to pay any attention to. NAFTA; being the biggest single blind spot of border bots. And the Democrats will now use the same argumentation approach to the border that the border bots have used. They'll "omit" to tell the whole story of HOW and what LED to our border "conditions".

Just keep wanting what you want. Ignoring the words "comprehensive" plan or argumentation.

And the more the border bots continue this line of argumentation, the more the MSM will paint the border bots as "racists in search of an argument".

This was done in the 90s in re CA's Prop 187. It will be starting up again but with a switch, now that the single-issue and border bots have done their "passionate" mouthings and activities -- Dems will now assert that we need a "comprehensive" approach to the border in light of what were once comprehensive approaches to the border issues.

Would you trust a doctor giving you a medicine to treat one specific part of the body without giving you consel on the medication's side effects on other parts of the body?

Border zealots do this. They have no comprehension nor respect for what is about to take place with regard to their passionate plea to "seal the border".

I don't blame the President for this.

In my experience, Border Bots are merely inviting the UN to have more power over the U.S., ultimately.

If you drive the getaway car during a robbery, you are just as much at fault as the actual robbers. Signing a *Shamnesty* bill would seal his fate and his legacy.

Remember Bush Sr's 1000 points of light? This is 1001.

That's pre 9/11 thinking Alia.

"I believe the most solemn duty of the American president is to protect the American people."

"Our government is doing everything we can to protect our country"

Why wasn't our border secured on 9/12?

They key is understanding WHY and will open the door to moving forward. But using it takes courage.

"don't blame the President for this."

He's pushing for Amnesty against the will of 80% of the population. Spin it all you want too but that's the reality.

Nice spin... but it won't play here. Everyone knows border security and a guest worker program are two separate issues and should be dealt with that way.

Another day, another GOP Hack lying about Prop 187 and its effect on California. Of course, it's not really lying, is it?- after all, you're in North Carolina and can be expected to know exactly what you do about California- nothing.

Anyone concerned about immigration issues would be well advised to consider your willingness to blather on about Prop 187.
