Good point! He was in his thirties during the wonderful Clinton years, and couldn't afford to buy a house then? Heck, my husband and I were in our twenties when we bought our first house in early 1993. One of my democrat friends noted I must have confidence in Clinton to make such an investment and I said no, I have confidence in my husband.

I bought my first house in my 20's, but that was back in 1970. We've had a number since then, to be sure.

I still think this guy was a ski bum, maybe turned instructor later, who never grew up or became responsible for his life. For all we know he even may have been educated; but again never made use of it (if it wasn't in some worthless field to begin with).

His post reeks of 'loser'.
