Some 20 cabinet level "working groups" in our government are working with their counterpart cabinet level "working groups" in Mexico and Canada to re-write U.S. administrative law into new "tri-lateral memorandums of understanding."

I have first-hand knowledge of this. My brother-in-law works for federal government and has been having regular meetings with Mexicans & Canadians for several years now to align energy policies.
