This Jerome Armstrong stuff gets stranger and stranger. Now it turns out that Mark Warners top internet advisor is a long time astrologer. You have to read this; it is side-splittingly hilarious. Heres Armstrong, on the 2001 Earley-Warner gubernatorial race, three weeks before that Election Day:

Unfortunately I don't find it too surprising a Democrat would resort to astrology to make sense of it all.
In fact now that I think about it, it's not surprising at all.
