Here are some options:

You can uninstall IE 7 and expect it all to be back as it was.

You can also go back to the last System Restore point (if you have XP) and get it back.

You can reinstall it from the Add/Remove Programs area by clicking on the left icon that lets you deal with Windows OS programs.

You can find the EXE and recreate the shortcut to it.


Your emails are in a .PST file in a hidden subdirectory under your Docs and Settings folder.

add/remove brought it back, but it is NOT on the menu bar at all!!
