Former Army corporal releases controversial video of European war materials in Iraq.
American, Interrupted: 14 Months in Iraq ^ | May 11, 2006 | Dan Thompson

A former U.S. Army corporal who served in Iraq shortly after the fall of Baghdad in 2003 until the Summer of 2004 has published a book called "American, Interrupted." More importantly, he recently published two videos on his website depicting European weapons and NBC equipment. In one video, the "Made in France" stamp can be clearly seen inside an Iraqi heavy tank. Another video shows Italian mines, German chemicals, and German NBC (Nuclear, Biological, Chemical) equipment at an officers college in Baghdad. Video also shows medical supplies captured by Muqtadr Al-Sadr's militias that were intended for Iraqi hospitals. 10 other videos can be seen for free at http://www.american-interrupted.com/pages/video/video_index.htm

Nope. The video clearly shows the stenciled characters at the 1 minute mark of the 2 minute video:
