In his novel, The Da Vinci Code, Dan Brown claims that Da Vinci’s “Last Supper” carries clues that Mary Magdalene is the true “Holy Grail.” Brown claims that she was Jesus’ lover and had a child by him: Sarah Nag Hamadi—the father of the French! Oi vey! (The Roman Catholic Church has kept this secret hidden from faithful Christians for centuries and has used its clandestine organization, Opus Dei, to assassinate any who would teach otherwise.)
If you look at Da Vinci’s painting, Brown insists you will see that there is a woman to the left of Jesus. The feminine characteristics give her away. Duh? According to Brown, this is Mary Magdalene—not John the Apostle! This presents a problem, since if the person next to Jesus is Mary Magdalene, then the painting is one person short! There were twelve Apostles. Right? (Or, is Brown claiming that John the Apostle was a hermaphroditic transvestite? Sequel.? Sequels?)
Brown claims, that Peter is giving a threatening hand sign as if to cut her off. He claims that this is the church reacting to the truth of the Grail legend that Mary’s womb is the real Holy Grail. You can see this expressed in the V-shaped space between Jesus and “Mary”: V=Womb=Grail. Da Vinci offers other “clues.” You will notice in the painting that there is no chalice, the traditional Grail artifact. You can also see an M configuration which points us once again to Mary Magdalene as the true Holy Grail. The one who carried the blood(line) of Christ.
Hold on to your tinfoil pyramid hats! I played the video of the movie backwards; and, besides finding an obscure “Paul is dead” message and a map to where Jimmy Hoffa's body is buried, I found another secret way of interpreting the 15th century painting: Da Vinci, like many of his day, was a starving artist. Some of his patron’s owned inns and restaurants. In light of that fact, the “M” formed stood for “Mangiare,” The “P” formed by the head and shoulder of James means “Presso”; and, the “G” formed by the space between Thomas and Matthew stands for “Giuseppe”. Hence, using my official Captain Midnight de-coder ring, the Last Supper was an advertisement! “Magiare presso Giuseppes” — “EAT AT JOE’S!” (Also, I must admit, some think that “4” and “5” formed by the number of fingers showing on the first two Apostle’s hands and the “MPG” make have been a prophetic advertisement for the Fiat automobile!) Advertising pays! At least, that’s what it says in the Gospel of Judas. Honest!
