The SLAG [SLAve taG] chip implant fulfills the Biblical prophecy rather thoroughly. You can ignore the progress toward that end, if you wish. You can also ignore the progress of the NWO puppet masters toward the global government destined to implement such an ID. But I wouldn't recommend such denial, personally.
