Since you put it that way, yes. That is, of course, if the Russians are really behind the Islamofacist terrorism the world is experiencing.
And we should root out and attack (either diplomatically or militarily) any other country that supports and encourages Islamofacist terrorism.

Yes, Saudi Arabia is a tough one. In terms of the Wahhibi mosques in the United States, I believe we should pass a law making such a mosque illegal in the United States. This may require a constitutional amendment in reference to the phrase: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion..." The amendment defining possible exceptions would be pretty specific: banning religious establishments that advocate terrorism, advocate the destruction of the United States of America, etc. (I'll admit, I'm not a constitutional scholar or even a lawyer.)
In terms of the larger Saudi problem, realistically we are probably going to compromise with them as long as we are so dependent on oil. I would advocate an accelerated program of building safe nuclear reactors to help reduce that dependency dramatically (admittedly this program would not start to have an effect for about 10 years).
