I do know that Ensign was injured in an auto accident today and probably will not be out of the hospital in time for tomorrow's vote either.

I imagine the guy from Nevada that was in a car wreck this morning was one of them, but I don' know for certain.

I suspect the total voting for cloture is higher than it might have been because folks in unsafe seats in Red or red leaning states got a pass from the Dem leadership. Although I find Clinton's and Obama's flip flop to the dark side somewhat strange. Although in Clinton's case it was probably her way of trying to not PO the radical left base of the Dem party for the nomination, and then she'll count on the MSM, and time, to deemphasize the vote later. Obama may have eye on the Vice Presidency, under her Heinous. (Not a nice image that :)).
