Vallely should be so lucky. The Rats would never let Wilson sue, even if he was stupid enough to do so. Vallely would be entitled to discovery (everything there is to know about Wilson and wife) plus the power of subpoena over individuals associated with the case. Wilson and wife would end up in prison (espionage, sabotage, collaboration, and conspiracy), and drag Rats in with 'em.
