Of course, the backward islamic countries would suffer the most casualties from a pandemic. Thus a rational enemy would not resort to such a weapon against us. The real problem is that the islamofascists are completely stupid.

Now why would they suffer more than us? We aren't immunized for it and if it's released in say NYC then we'd have to quarantine the whole city. Of course we might be able to combat it faster but it would still kill millions of us. It would also be guaranteed to get around the world though considering how many international institutions are in NYC.
