I'm not sure what to think. If this is true, Volkswagon deserves repercussions.

Ferdinand Porsche created Volkswagen.
Then he went on to create Porsche.

Ping, Bodero forgets his car history.
His 'article' claims that VW single handedly extended the war.
Ferdinand Porsche created VW before creating Porsche, NOT Hitler.

"Fast forward to today and little has changed in Wolfsburg. Not only was the original Beetle produced until July 21st, 2003, Volkswagen has emerged as a fashion statement for neo-Nazis with a lineup of vehicles true to their corporate culture. The New Beetle, in a throwback move, arrived in 1999, bringing modern class amenities to a 55 year old ideology. In another nontraditional move, Volkswagen has also brought diesels into many of its passenger cars in America, such as the lower class Jetta and Passat. Gains for Volkswagen with diesels are tied in many ways, mainly back to Germanys large diesel fuel exporting economy. "
BZZZT
People buy diesels not due to political ideology but due to fuel economy.
The TDI engine has fuel economy AND acceleration, which people look for in a car especially with gas prices going up again.
This article is a laugh a minute.
I didn't know that having a diesel made me a Neo Nazi!

Unfortunately, as the message of Nazism has been spread to America on so many fronts by a company so large, it is often hard to stop them all. Americas last two presidents, Bill Clinton and George W. Bush, have done nothing to stop the influx of Nazism by the large German company Welcome to FR. Thanks for the bizarre article.

Read your history. Volkswagen was hijacked by Hitler it was not his brain storm. His syphillis ridden mind could not have come up with something that ingenuous. Plus that is history 50 years past. I thinks its time that you put the kool aid away and think a little before you post. How will we ever get over the past if people like you constantly try to rake it up and ignite sentiment that is not there.

And the modern Beetle was a U.S. creation that the German side did NOT want to produce.

We will dig the hole deep to bury this one.

Sometimes the pavers show up and wait around, adding a few words here and there, until paving time.
And sometimes, since there are VK's among the pavers as well, we show up at the same time.
