I think Kerry believes it too. He's such a strange man. They are all very bizarre.
I was just reading the thread where Kerry is going to persue the Downing ST memo and push for an investigation against Bush. Too rich! Kerry really does believe the DUmmies and thinks he is somehow next in line in the chain of command. Mind boggling!
