Nice to know you thing it's okay for a hospital to lose checks and have to cancel the surgery of a dying man. Seems to me, if this is true, then Scamdy has a case against the hospital. If this is how JH is run than I certainly don't want to have surgery there. Fortunately, I know it's not.

Johns Hopkins is most assuredly not run "that way;" and the manner in which these "documents" have been aired are more ammunition for the hospital itself, in seeking redress.

Alas and alack, this still has some ways to go.....

Actually, if you'll re-read the post to which you were responding, I stated I don't think that the May 10th surgery issue has been satisfactorily explained. All I feel satisfied about is that there were 3 checks issued by Verity & paid to JHH.

Perhaps you can point out to me where I think it's okay for the hospital to lose the checks, or where I even think that it's true that it happened?
