CG, also the date may23 2005 is written after the fax was sent.

the tail on the #5 crosses the actual fax line, which means it was added before it was scanned for our viewing.

please note, i think the john is spelled johns. I blew it up and saw a swoosh on the n that looked like an s. FWIW

Look at that signature again. I first thought it was an "s" at the end of John. Then I noticed it was not the same as in HopikNS. Both end with "ns". on Hopkins the "s" is not attached to the "n". A person would do the same letters the same way, wouldn't they?

Famous “bloodsuckers” post Andy_Stephenson: “Well the blood suckers at Hopkins have been paid…But I had to come up with an additional 5k this morning. Oh well at least they have their money and I am back on track for surgery. No Date yet but I imagine it will be late this week or early next week…barring anything unforseen.
