We were assured that as part of the "compromise" that comity was being restored to the Senate so we could all "work together" to get things done. I am certain that I heard Bolton's nomination being one of the things we would achieve. It was certainly mentioned as one of the votes we would not get if we triggered the "nuclear option." What has been the difference then?
