Every bit of this could be cleared up by a certain someone signing ONE release, or at the very least, obtaining his own medical records and providing verification to a certain journalist and administrator. Is belladonna talking about Andy or Kerry?

I've tried that and it doesn't seem to work for me. However, I am using ArcSoft PhotoImpression, which let's me capture an image using F8, which is how I get my pictures to "photoshop".

Well, I am confused.
How do I copy and paste from the "print screen" to "paint"?

All I do is capture it, then go to Paint and paste it there.
The very act of pressing Shift and Prt Scr "copies" it so all you have to do is the paste part after that.

The sad thing is that if anyone reads that crap and doesn't bother to come over here to see for him/herself, he/she would just believe it.

I presume you have the browser window you want to save.
Thus, with that window maximized on your screen, press the Ctrl and "Print Scrn" buttons simultaniously.
Then go to Paint and click on Edit/Paste.
