You just reminded me. One of Andy's appointees who was going to update DU on developments originally, had the screen name VelmaD and who also (I assume) posted on Will Pitts' blog as Velma Darth. She has disappeared into the mists of time

June 2: At some point this was mentioned as a surgery date

So Bev the tumor was being removed on April 20th???? I thought that's what he wanted removed at JHH? Is that what's blacked out on the Swedish statement, or was that a different date?

The only thing I can find from a "confidential source" is: ".....his spouse, Ted, also has about $100,000 equity in their house. Ted is an able-bodied and very intelligent man who chooses not to be employed......"

This is one of the "angles" I have been "researching" for some time--(a) if buddy-boy Ted owns a house and is affluent enough to not have to work, and if buddy-boy Ted loves Andy so much, why was the house not hocked for the best medical care?

I've known people who've sold it all--house, cars, family heirlooms--in desperate attempts to get medical care for their own loved ones.

Does buddy-boy Ted not really "love" Andy?

And (b), if buddy-boy Ted owns real-estate, why are he and Andy living in donated apartments, off of friends, on couches in living rooms of other DUmmies? This has been going on for months and months and months.

Incidentally, another "angle" I am digging into, is (c) the relationship between Andy and the deeply-troubled-multiple-personalitied DUmmiette "sfexpat2000;" a most peculiar thing, her infatuation with Andy.....and so intense.

But here, I am a man trying to delve into the mind of a woman, and we all know what that means.....

it was diagnosed as cancer. You can do a search and make up your mind. I know a lot of them were in the 2004 Election Forum.

Andy was admitted to the hospital tonight.

Our friend tested his blood sugar tonight, and it was 569. He called the nurse at Swedish hospital where he is being seen and she told him he needed to come in immediately. She said he was at risk for a stroke, coma or worse. His diagnosis is typ2 diabetes and apparently this was brought on by the stress on his pancreas right now. They are treating him tonight for the high blood sugar and he should be home sometime tomorrow.

I would like to thank all of you very much for the good wishes and words of support you have offered Andy. He is very sick and your words of support have kept him on a somewhat even keel, and have helped him deal with the emotional roller coaster he is on right now.

Maybe you could use the method feefee used earlier to locate a post. I do not understand how to do it, but maybe she or someone else can explain how she used "find" within a thread. Then you could plug in "Ted" and see what comes up.
