All they had to do was prove a positive to some degree. They didn't have to prove a negative.

ANd they took it the opposition. The followers will fall back in line when doubt is created there.

Good point. After all, they expected BBBev to "prove" that Bush "stole" Ohio and Florida, but she failed to deliver the goods. The only time I have actually seen her side of the story was through that message that franksolich got.

Andy scammed her. Played the game and won in circles that allowed this whole farce to take place.

It was in Bev's best interest in my opinion to let it ride - she had her own separate following.

This was the case with the info about the checks clearing. A female freeper (who sounded very sexy on the phone, by the way) PMed me her number and told me to call her. She had info on the checks, so I did.

I was the other person this female FReeper talked to on the phone today (and speedy, you are right about how she sounded on the phone ;-). She is a longtime FReeper who has been around here long before Undiegate or even the DUFUs. I have no reason whatsoever to doubt her veracity. And she did the necessary digging to check on the checks, straight from the source.

Based on my conversation with her, I therefore have no reason to doubt that the cashiers checks to JHH, for $25,000 and $7,000, were cleared within the last two days. That further tells me that Undie is indeed in Baltimore and that he is scheduled for a procedure at JHH.

Of course, that money could be refunded in whole or in part if the surgery is canceled or if the full amount is not needed. Further, $32,000 does not equal $50,000 . . . or more. Who knows how much money altogether has been raised from all sources?

Maybe we should start with the more current time lines starting in may. Get those in place and work back to the older ones.

Such as trying to verify or try and pin point Andy's recent travels, vs what was said on DU.

Make note, all the check info has been verified, and double verified. All of it! I stake my life on it!!!!! Move on from there. The verified check info means nothing, since we know for sure Andy can say he doesn't want JH doing procedures and get his money back.

So anyone who wants to research tomorrow, I will be here around 10ish.

Yes, we're back to saying what we have said all along. If Undie really has cancer, then he has looked far too healthy in all of those pictures that have been taken over the course of the past few months - smiling, no sign of pain in his face or weight loss. Plus, the type of cancer he describes is way too fast-moving to let go for that length of time. And someone who is that sick would NOT have the energy to gallavant all over the country doing seminars and whatnot.

Although I've been trying to keep an open mind throughout, he just makes that so HARD by his actions! My skepticism is still there.

Okay, I see that the funding received for Undie's care on the amazon link has gone UP since I looked at it last night. People are still donating.

I think one thing that would be helpful is links to at least the 10 or 12 more important DU threads of the last two weeks. For instance, I want the link to Undie's "Politicize My Plight!" thread, which may also be the one where he leaves his last requests, should he not make it off the table alive: 1) voter-verified paper ballots, and 2) universal health care.
