I personally didn't like the gum because of the taste - I used the Commit lozenges (mint flavor) and every time I had the urge I would pop one of those. They last longer than the gum too since they're a lozenge. Try the 4mg ones (that's the one's for heavy duty smokers) and run around doing exercise when you get the really bad urge for a smoke.

Lots of coffee as well (if you're a coffee drinker). I found the caffeine + the nicotine in the lozenges worked wonders to quell the urge!

I've got the lozenges too, but prefer the gum. I use the lozenges when I am with customers because I don't think it looks too good for me to chomping the heck out of gum when I'm trying to sell them something. It makes me look a little intense, lol.

I did not say that. I don't know what Andy was doing at JH, just that he was there. Someone saw him there and someone was talked to him while he was there. The person that talked to him talked to me. I trust him. He was in Somalia also. You trust a guy with you life you can trust his word.
