Can someone give me the names of the judges who violated the congressional subpeona by 'not' doing a de novo review?
I would appreciate it very much. I thought we had a thread with that title but didn't find it in a search.

Are you still looking for Judge James Whittemore of the Middle District of Florida, Tampa? I think Greer, Michael and Terri had subpoenas before congress. When a Florida delegation went up there to act as Terri's proxy at the set date and time, Congress wasn't even in session. That was kind of a parlor trick by Congress.
