I haven't heard the name Mel Sembler to date.

Mel Sembler is Mr. GOP for being a major fundraiser and the Bushes love money, sorry to say. Sembler is Ambassador to Italy appointed by Bush 41 and Bush 43. His wife Betty was Jeb's campaign manager the first time he ran for governor. Jeb has given Betty an award. Bushys and Semblers are big time friends. It's sickening and when Jeb represented the US Delegation to the Vatican for the investiture, he breakfasted with the Semblers over there.

Further, Sembler and Greer go way back. Sembler was Greer's cty commission campaign manager. Makes sense, Sembler the developer and Greer the zoning commissioner. They are the kind of GOP fat cats who make the rest of the party look bad.

Greer rezoned a lot of land in Pinellas for the scientologists. Sembler owns a lot of malls and shopping centers, etc. He donates or loans to Jeb a huge headquarters every election.

Pinellas County is bad for republicans and lots of stuff leads back to Pinellas. It makes me sick that Terri didn't have money or power and nobody who did saved her.
