Don't forget to try Google - just type "senator ____" in the search box, click on the 1st site listed, click on "Contact" and you should get all the local/state numbers for that senator. You almost always can get through to one of the numbers. I get the idea that, where possible, talking directly to one of their representatives is most effective. Thanks for reminding us, and you are correct - calling IS more effective. Since it's now the weekend, I wonder if faxes and e-mails are the only way to reach the senators, until Monday.
