As far as I know Andy hasn't called Skinner as Skinner urged him to do yesterday. BTW, doesn't Skinner live in D.C.? It's not that far from Baltimore. Since his whole forum is at stake in this scam, he should be going to Baltimore himself to check out the Andy story. And WHY hasn't Andy called him yet???
