As franksolich stated, DUmmie Undie could have gotten his surgery for FREE in his home state of Washington but instead he is INSISTING on having it at John Hopkins for which he is asking $25,000. Methinks there is a possibility that Undie will have his free surgery in Washington State and pocket the $$$ the DUmmies send in.
I guess I missed franksolich's comments. DUmmies full time job is to find the next big (or lame) con.
