I've seen little kids come into my work with "God's Army" t-shirts on and it totally creeps me out...

Of course they assume we will be persuaded by bumper stickers... look at this guy, he's all upset over T-shirts worn by children. Guess they "creep him out" so bad at work that he is shaking inside his Chuck-E-Cheese mascot costume.

I had a gun church one time.

I went to a service during Desert Shield/Desert Storm in Saudi. We were prepped and ready for hostilities to begin anyday. This was before even the bombing started in earnest.

Our entire batallion was formed up and our Chaplin (who used to challenge all of us to push-up contests) was dressed in his BDUs with his cloth draped around his neck. I looked around saw a bunch of young men, all praying for the things young men about to enter combat pray for. All of us, rifles slung on our shoulders. Magazines full, knives good and sharp, a pistol strapped to a hip here and there. Yet among a bunch of men, all equipped and trained to kill, God was there.

Is there a way to demonstrate this with real numbers though? If they are not addressed as a minority extremist group, instead of a perceived majority, then their beliefs are given currency and opportunity to spread. This is exactly how extremist Islamic factions took hold in Iran during the 1970s. Then they started "educating" the young after they exterminated a large segment of the older generation. I fear we are headed down the same road.

This sounds like how liberalism spread.

Would you consider the religious right a terrorist group?

I told my husband less then six monthes ago that the left would try to get Christains branded as terrorists and then if a liberals get in power, they will use the HSA to try to get us arrested and imprisoned. Now here it is in writing. Also they will report Christain groups for practicing their faith once they get Christianity banned.
