Anyone who begins a dissertation on international war crimes with the word "Because" does not have the brain power to warrant my attention. I think it was best I stopped reading after the first (so called) sentence. There's only one thing worse than a loser-jerk, and that's a loser-jerk who is grammatically illiterate!
