Which is interesting, because biologically, he's still Abraham's first-born.

You probably know that the Islamists believe Ishmael went up to Mt. Moriah with Abraham ... not Isaac. I also just recently learned that Mt. Moriah is under the Dome of the Rock.

I thought (from the Muslim point of view) Ismael was the one Abraham attempted to sacrifice, and thus the chosen one. They believe our Issac was really Ishmael.

Anyway, if the prophecy says Abraham's descendants will inherit a country, and I've not really researched that, what country did Ishmael get? I remains unresolved.
