In the paperwork presented, the august Greer noted that the woman had not listed any acts of violence by the man.

Okay... so judges are supposed to grant injunctions, without any factual basis provided to them? Just ask for one, and blam... granted?

You have to have a physical "acts of violence" and not accept someones word of a verbal threat to grant a temporary injunctions to have that person stay away from you

vs

accepting someone word even when there nothing in physical writing to grant permanent death to someone else?
