Okay... so judges are supposed to grant injunctions, without any factual basis provided to them? Just ask for one, and blam... granted? You have to have a physical "acts of violence" and not accept someones word of a verbal threat to grant a temporary injunctions to have that person stay away from you
vs
accepting someone word even when there nothing in physical writing to grant permanent death to someone else?
