I didn't ask for the courts to legislate from the bench...the libs have done that. Question is...if it gets to the courts why wouldn't the refusal to provide an advanced directive carry as much weight as hersay??

PS...save your slings and arrows...I carry a shield to every message board...just in case.

How does one who is not in the legal arena prevent legislation 'before the fact?' Citizens need to stay involved of course and I agree with your position on taking personal responsibility. HOwever, it sounds like you wish for those who don't agree with the judicial decisions to go away and just shut up! So,,,,slavery, which was legalized and practiced,,,,,what was to be done about that? No protests after the fact? No outrage? It's uncomfortable when people get upset, no doubt. HOwever, what is wrong with calling attention to a wrong, even if it is after the fact? Is that really your objection?
