I agree wholeheartedly. When judges, courts and laws are immoral, they need to be disobeyed. I see a lot of comments about law, the Constitution, states' rights, and legal this and that.

I can imagine such wrangling also went on in and after the Third Reich.

I do not claim to be the least bit familiar with the Florida Constitution; however, I know of nothing in the US Constitution that requires the executive branch to abide by any courts ruling. For that matter, there is nothing in the Constitution that gives the judiciary the power to determine what is and isn't Constitutional.
