Thanks for clarifying. If she did in fact tell it to him, and in private, then yes it would be unsubstantiated hearsay. I didn't know there was a conflict of interest on his part. What's the story with that? (Still getting the story here, thanks for sharing)
yes it is hearsay because she had no written living will. he has virtually married another woman and had 2 kids with her, which amounts to an incredible conflict of interest as far as determining whether his original wife should live or die.
