"And Florida law says Terri should be allowed to die."
To my knowledge, Terri has not indicated she wishes to die. Therefore, at this point, any other conclusion reached leads to murder.

And Florida law says Terri should be allowed to die.I'm pretty sure that the US Congress has just issued a Congressional subpoena to Terry and her family. To interfere with such an individual under subpoena becomes a serious violation of federal law and federal law trumps state law.

So why isn't Gritz taking action?
I would like to see him and some people get into the hospice and demand justice.

She is not in a vegetative state
You know, I wouldn't want to be artificially kept alive in a situation such as this and if you people did this to my wife and family I'd come back and haunt every single one of you.

"Orders issued by Pinellas Circuit Judge George Greer are in clear violation Article I Section 2 of the Constitution of the State of Florida."
Can you read? Greer has violated the laws of the state... but I know all you care about is death. Begone Ghoulish Mary..

She is not in a vegetative state? Is that your opinion or her doctors opinion? If not in a vegetative state this is murder of course. But I think she is in a vegetative state per articles I have read.

Do you love your wife so much that you'd take up with another woman and have kids with her while still married? Would you deny your wife sunlight, friends, music, and therapy for years and years? Or would you just off her as soon as she became a burden to you?

Go look at the video of her... she's not a veggie...

Florida "law" didn't say she should die - a misguided judge did.

She isn't being kept artificially alive. She alledgedly has a feeding tube only. That's hardly artificial life support.
Anyone that does not eat does not live. If you were in a car wreck and could not feed yourself, would you not want to be "artificially kept alive"?

I knew you were going to say "Look at the video" which is why I pre-emptively wrote "The problem to those not familiar with a vegetative state is that they think the person in that state in responding to them because there are facial gestures and eye following movememnt. In reality it is just a reflex action."

A lot of people go through most of their life with only reflex reactions. Should we starve them?
