If the controversial Colorado University "Professor" Ward Churchill claims to have Native American ancestry (which appears to be false) and included that on his state application, could he not be fired? It is my understanding that according to regulations in a majority of gingival states, one must be at least 1/8 (one-eighth) blood of the nationality-race that one claims to be of, in order to state or report that as a fact.

It is my experience, when I attended colleges and universities, with leftist extremist professors spouting free speech; my grades suffered severely when I expressed views and opinions contrary to theirs. To allow this trend in classes, often times required for a degree, that are supposed to be enlightening the student to civil liberties, is contrary to the definition of the word "education" and to me always bordered on indoctrination. Yes, individuals have the right to free speech, but I do not think our children need to be forced into the beliefs and regurgitation of extremist professors from either side of political spectrum. I do not want to help pay for “professors” that promote anarchism as part of their propaganda under the guise of free speech.

I have protested this kind of "education in Illinois, Tennessee, and Ohio. I am now writing to protest the use of Federal funding of my tax dollars of these types "professors" anywhere in America.

Not only should these individuals be shunned for their abuse of their position in society, but the private organizations that harbor and protect them should not only be shunned, but boycotted as well. Government officials that cannot tell the difference between political correctness gone afoul and blatant ethical wrongdoing should be removed from office for incompetence for failing to protect its citizens.

This gets my attention as recently we've had trolls sign up and 'shotgun post' across several threads in hopes of tossing as much stuff out tehre as possible, and also hoping to not get caught by having a 'low number of posts'.
I call these mass volume trolls.

They tend to post threads and not comment on them, and when they do post inside a thread, it isn't theirs and they hop from one thread to another and never respond to anyone posting to them.

So naturally, I'm suspicious.

I assume the part written at the top was written by Ward Churchill and the part below are your comments? It is kind of confusing because you listed yourself as the author. I looked at the link and cannot find the exact text quoted. Let us know what you think of this Ward Churchill.

****Satire***** Boulder, Colorado--Controversial writer and college teacher, Ward Churchill, who has long claimed American Indian heritage, today announced that he is no longer an American Indian. Instead, says Churchill, "I am seven-sixteenths Jewish, three-sixteenths Irish, and one-sixteenth rare, endangered Siberian Tiger."

The American Indian Movement and Keetoowah Cherokee tribe have for years denied Churchill credentials as an Indian. Nonetheless, Churchill maintained he was in fact either one-sixteenth or one-fourth (depending upon the interview) American Indian.

That claim ended today. Now, Churchill has petitioned the Colorado Circuit Court's division 34 in Boulder to legally change his name to Reb Chaim McConnell.

"As an endangered specie Irish-Jew, I more fully understand the plight of exploited, downtrodden, and abused peoples. While the pain suffered by my former peoples at the hands of white settlers in North America is famous, my new Irish brothers have been the butts of European scorn for centuries, going back to Roman conquests. And don't even get me started about how the world has treated my Jewish ancestor. Oy."

US Department of Justice spokesman James Rubin said that, as a Siberian Tiger, McConnell is entitled to special protection. "The Department of Justice will work closely with Treasury Department and the Department of the Interior to ensure the soon-to-be Mr. McConnell is afforded the full protection of the law and international treaties regarding the treatment of endangered species."

Rubin went on to say that threats against Churchill's life will now be treated far more seriously. "As an Indian, Mr. Churchill was really just another citizens when it comes to threats. But as an endangered species, he will receive significantly more protection and the best veterinary care available anywhere in the world."

Mr. Churchill will begin a seven-state speaking tour to discuss his views on terrorism before joining a Siegfried and Roy reunion in Las Vegas scheduled for October.
