I checked Mr. Norris' body of work on IMDB.com and got two choices. One was an editor who's only work was on "The Many Faces of Christopher Lee". The other was the producer of "Le Confessional" which sounds French.
I googled the name and found a couple of hits on a producer named Steve Norris. He had one film in 1999(My Life So Far). I don't know if they are the same person or two different ones, but neither of them sound like THEY have done anything of note.
