I actually got that line from a creative DUmmie (or a Freeper pretending to be a DUmmie) and the original quote was really, "A Perfect Rovian Storm." Anyway, I really like the sound of it. I was walking around for a few hours yesterday afternoon and I swear that line kept swimming around in my head: "A Perfect Rovian Storm."
