Bug-B-Gone works great, too. What I really hate is in the summertime, when a big old bug the size of Texas hits the windshield. You can hear it go plop, and it leaves yellow goo and blood in a big streak. Then when you use your windshield wipers, it just smears the bug guts all over your windshield.
It's a mess. I still have bug guts on my front bumber from last summers vacation. They were black bugs. About the size of a pencil eraser.
I hit a huge, state-sized bug in Montana (Flathead Valley) this summer....Huge revolting SPLAT on the windshield, and a lot of bug-glop on my arm.
The bug was later indentified as a DUmmie of the insect world by a crack team of Bug Experts from Montana State University.
