Do these people even listen to themselves speak or read what they write? Frickin' amazing.
Seems to me for a group that's busy claiming how smart they are, they sit around and parrot the same rhetoric back and forth. I got a response on my blog that could have been a page out of one of the discussions by leftie journalists about the values issue this morning.

Not much real thinking going on around with these people, I suspect. In some ways they are just urban peasants pretending to be masters.

And any time you let politics (or almost anything else) put that type of wedge between you and your blood kin, you have a real problem. Or maybe that's because I am a Southerner with values!

There was a post here on FR last night that was a screen grab of the DU posts during those heady hours of early Nov 2 when the exit polls were calling the election for Kerry. The DUmmies were mocking and parodying FR posts, and they did it quite well. It belied an obsession with FR that was quite creepy--those people spend more time over here than they do over there! Their ability to parrot that which they've seen, read, and heard was commendable, but really sad. It was an obsession, to be sure, but showed no ability to think for one's self. They simply regurgitate what they ingest and pat themselves on the back for the smelly mess they've created.
