Through your thread I was able to get to the main election thread. There is a thread saying that gays are the new blacks and Jews. I think it is a given over there that the Nazis(read Republicans) are just waiting to sew little pink triangles on all the gays and lesbians and cart them away when the Patriot Act II is revealed. One comment said that gays and lesbians need to marry and start going to church to blend in with the rest of us. Another is so disheartened that he is going back into the closet. I find it all so very amusing.
Is someone able to go back "in the closet"? That seems silly - he/she will get married, have kids, and then "come out" again when the president is someone more suited to further their cause?
The DUer's truly blow my mind sometimes.
