Most people who work manage to make time either BEFORE or AFTER work to vote....or ask for the day off. Voting is a right AND a responsibility...people should be responsible enought to manage their time accordingly so they can VOTE. I swear that a majority of Democrats are stupid.

It is a right.
Your employer must give you two hours paid time off to vote if your work schedule conflicts with the poll open times. It falls into the classification of reasonable accomodation.
