I don't think you understand what the Selective Serivice Act is. It's the draft law.
Meeting with the enemy would be a violation with the UMCJ, but not the Selective Service law. It is pretty absurd to even suggest it.
And it is counter-productive to make up substantiated asserstions. It undermines all the other charges that have been made based upon authentic documentation.
Since I have played a part in documenting many of those charges, it is irksome to see that work go down the drain because of unfounded allegations being piggybacked upon them.
